Further a Debt Counsellor may advise that a Business seek immediate Court action, if they suspect one of the delinquent debt holders is in the process of selling their business or attempting bankruptcy. A Business is free to choose if they wish to pay a Collection Agent a fee to prepare the Court filings, seek other legal advice or do it themselves.
